This page explains what information the PanjRas website collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
1. Who we are
PanjRas is a homemade nutrition brand headquartered in Singapore, with production in India. You can reach us at hello@panjras.com.
2. When you order
Checkout is run by Stripe. To deliver your order we receive your name, email, phone number, delivery address and what you bought. We never see or store your card details. We use this information only to fulfil your order, answer your questions and keep the records the law requires.
If you message us on WhatsApp, the messages go through WhatsApp, which is run by Meta. We see your WhatsApp name and number and what you send us, and use them only to answer you and to arrange your order. The order form on this site sends nothing to us by itself: it writes your order into a WhatsApp message, and we receive it, with the name and address you typed, only when you send that message.
3. When you email us
We use what you include in your message only to reply to you.
4. Your cart
Your cart is kept in your own browser's storage so it is still there when you come back. It is not sent to us until you check out.
5. Visit statistics
To learn which pages and products people find useful, the site counts visits itself, without cookies and without storing anything in your browser. For each page you open it records the page, how long it was on screen, the site or link you came from, your approximate location (country and city, worked out from your IP address by our host, Cloudflare) and the kind of device and browser you use. Adding to your cart, starting checkout and completed orders are counted the same way.
Your IP address is not stored. A code made from it, with a key that changes every day, lets us count each visitor once a day. The key is deleted when the day is over, so visits on different days cannot be linked to each other or to you. Only the PanjRas team can see these statistics, and they are deleted after about 13 months.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, nothing is recorded. You can also switch it off for this browser here.
6. Cookies and analytics

7. Your rights
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent, by writing to the address above. We aim to answer within 30 days.
