These terms apply when you buy from the PanjRas website. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Who you are buying from

PanjRas, headquartered in Singapore. Contact: hello@panjras.com. Our registered business name and number will be listed here.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Singapore dollars. Delivery fees, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken by Stripe when you place your order; we never see or store your card details.

3. Your order

You will receive an email receipt once payment succeeds. We may cancel and fully refund an order if an item is unavailable or a price was shown in error, and we will tell you if that happens.

4. Delivery

Delivery areas, times and fees are described on our shipping & returns page.

4a. The yearly plan

With the yearly plan we deliver your chosen jars once every 2 months, 6 times in all, at 10% off each jar. Stripe charges your card before each delivery, and the plan ends by itself after the last one. To change your size or address, write to hello@panjras.com.

5. Food safety and allergens

Ingredients and allergens are listed on every product page. Our products are food, not medicine, and make no medical claims. If you are pregnant, nursing, or have a health condition or allergy, please check with your doctor before eating them.

6. Returns and refunds

Because our products are food, we cannot accept returns of opened items. See shipping & returns for what to do if something arrives damaged or wrong.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you order is the one that applies to that order.
