Where we deliver

We deliver online orders to addresses in Singapore. A gift goes to the address you give for the person receiving it. For overseas orders, write to hello@panjras.com.

Delivery times and fees

The delivery fee and estimated delivery time are shown at checkout before you pay.

Something wrong with your order?

If a jar arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, write to us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you.

Returns

For food safety we cannot take back opened jars. If you change your mind before your order ships, write to us and we will cancel it and refund you in full.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with. Your bank may take a few working days to show them.
