three to five hours, and nothing is hurried
A batch of PanjRas Panjiri can take three to five hours to make. Some ingredients are roasted separately. Some gently. Some for longer.
Nuts are freshly ground, and everything is slowly prepared in organic cow ghee before it finally comes together. We make it in small batches in India and deliver it from Singapore.
panjiri
Panjiri isn’t made by throwing everything into a bowl and mixing it together. Different ingredients behave differently, so they are treated differently, each slowly roasted in ghee before everything comes together. Read how our panjiri began.
