Besan Ladoo

06 — Classic Besan
You usually smell it before you see it.
Besan slowly roasting in ghee has a way of travelling through a home.
Warm. Familiar. Impossible to ignore.
For generations, besan ladoos have appeared in Indian kitchens during celebrations, family visits and ordinary afternoons that suddenly became slightly less ordinary.
We haven’t tried to reinvent that.
Our Besan Ladoo is handmade in small batches, slowly roasting the ingredients with organic cow ghee before each ladoo is shaped by hand.
Because when something has survived generations, sometimes the cleverest thing you can do is respect it.
What’s inside
Besan (gram flour), organic cow ghee (milk), carefully selected nuts and other ingredients.

An old favourite. Still a favourite.
