Multigrain Almond Gondh Ladoo

04 — Multigrain Almond & Gondh
Meet Gondh.
It doesn’t have a trendy English name.
It hasn’t suddenly appeared on a list of this year’s superfoods.
And Indian families have been using it for generations.
Gondh, or edible gum, has long had a place in traditional Indian recipes created around nourishment, strength and recovery.
Our Multigrain Almond & Gondh Ladoo takes inspiration from that wisdom, bringing edible gum together with multigrain flour, freshly ground almonds, organic cow ghee and carefully selected ingredients.
Every batch is made by hand.
A very old idea, made for very modern lives.
What’s inside
Wholemeal wheat flour, jowar (sorghum), oats, almond flour, almonds, besan (gram flour), fibre, edible gum (gondh), organic cow ghee (milk), jaggery, flax seeds, fennel, white pepper, ginger, fenugreek.
Allergens shown in orange. Everything is made in one kitchen that uses wheat, milk (ghee), peanuts, sesame and tree nuts.
Why Gondh?
Because sometimes the most interesting ingredients aren’t new discoveries.
They’re rediscoveries.
